HomeAbout Scott Gelbard!Feb 22, 2011
Scott F. Gelbard, a resident of Colorado, fills his time with work, charity, sports, and family. After he graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science, Scott F. Gelbard commenced his career as a third-generation financial professional. He founded Regency Financial in 1999, sharpening his skills in stock trading, venture capital investment, and management consulting. In 2002, Scott F. Gelbard and his partners started the Regency Group and served clients nationally with their investment needs. Scott F. Gelbard’s current undertaking is Apis Ventures in Denver, which he founded in 2008 to provide business consulting and capital investment services to private and public companies in a wide variety of market sectors, from high-tech to consumer goods. While Scott F. Gelbard is helping companies invest and grow, he also takes time to help those less fortunate. Scott F. Gelbard is involved with Men for the Cure Foundation, an organization devoted to early detection of breast cancer. He is a strong supporter of the Food Bank of the Rockies, which provides food supplies to more than 1,100 hunger-relief programs. Scott F. Gelbard also donates to Disabled American Veterans (DAV), which aids disabled American veterans through physical and psychological rehabilitation programs and finds shelters for veterans without homes. The DAV Charitable Service Trust used an astounding 94 percent of its donations last year to help disabled war vets. Scott F. Gelbard also makes the most out of his leisure time riding dirt bikes, going to the gym, skiing the slopes of Colorado, playing soccer and hockey, and reading good books by his favorite authors, Stephen King and Vince Flynn. He coaches his two sons’ soccer team, the Arapahoe Warriors, and takes trips to the mountains and ocean whenever he finds time.
